Behind the Scenes of Lauren's Role in Product Offer Management

Lauren Rzepniewski | Lead Specialist, Product Offer Management | Texas, United States

Hello, my name is Lauren Rzepniewski. I just finished my second year at Dell as a Product Offer Manager (POM) on the Server team. I graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management in May 2022. Outside of work, I enjoy being outside in the beautiful Texas weather either running or gardening.

I am a POM within the Global Offers Product and Operations organization. I specifically work on the ISG Server team supporting GPUs, SSDs, and a few PowerEdge Server platforms. My role is to structure new product data in accordance with the launch timeline as well as to maintain the product after launch through product end of life. Quality product data enablement is crucial to support the sale of our products through our sales tools.
