At Dell Technologies, we are committed to actively working towards equity for all. By 2030, our goal is for 50% of our global workforce and 40% of our global people leaders to identify as women. Pâmela P. is a Senior Front-end Developer at Dell Technologies Brazil, and she shares with us her experience being a woman at the tech industry and how working at Dell changed her perception of it. Read her testimonial and discover what it’s like to work at Dell. “My name is Pamela; I'm 34 years old and I'm currently a software engineer on the Design Analytics team at Dell. But 5 years ago, this introduction would be quite different!

What I really love about being a developer is not just the endless learning opportunities, but this powerful and collaborative network among professionals. And when a company manages to enhance these relationships, it makes the teamwork involved in building software solutions even more rewarding.” Learn more about D&I at Dell here. |
