  • Virtual and in-person experiences, with international assignment opportunities​ and global summits
  • Three-year program featuring three year-long rotation experiences​
  • Focus on holistic HR acumen across key HR bodies of work:​
    • HR Services and Operations
    • Center of Expertise​
    • Business - Facing Roles​
  • Robust development, networking, executive visibility and mentorship opportunities
 
 
  • Virtual and in-person opportunities​
  • High-touch support and engagement model: work with peers, current rotationers, and HR leaders to identify, create, and deliver impactful work​
  • Opportunity to present to executive leadership team in HR ​

Upon successful completion of their internship, interns are the first to be considered for offers to join Dell’s HR Rotation Program.
