Our NextGen Sales Academy (NGSA) is designed to train you in the latest trends in technologies and sales techniques to become a future sales leader at Dell. What do we look for? You do not need a specific degree background; your personality will set you apart. It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills, commercial acumen, confidence in front of others and a passion for growing businesses - coupled with the ability to influence and negotiate. We are looking for people who have a bachelors or masters degree, are fluent in their local language and English, passionate about sales and technology and open minds whom want to thrive.

New hire training, associate inside sales representative (2-12 months), Inside Sales representative (12-30 months), Sales Manager, Field Sales or Specialty Sales

New Hire Training

- Immersive training with world class sales professionals​
- Discover & learn about the digital age and the importance of IT fundamentals
- Establish a sales mind-set and apply those techniques to real customers

 

Associate Inside Sales Rep

- Use business skills & IT knowledge to create demand and opportunities​
- Use Digital tools to promote Dell's value to both customers & prospects​
- Weekly coaching & development sessions (3-4 hours of training per week)​

- Focus on Business Development and Prospection

 

Inside Sales Rep

- Quota carrying role (commission based) through Inside Sales based activities
- Manage end to end B2B sales cycle in your dedicated account set​
- Weekly coaching & development enablement (1-2 hours of training per week)

- Collaborating with Dell Business Partners
