Principal Supplier Process Engineer (Platform SQE)

Working closely with our product developers, we select and monitor vendors and suppliers who can meet our high engineering and quality standards. In addition, we perform regular auditing and undertake design and development engineering assignments to develop new products or update existing products. We’re also experts in establishing systems and procedures to enhance overall quality.

What you’ll achieve:
As a Principal Supplier Process Engineer (Platform SQE), you will be responsible to manage the platform overall material quality, both NPI and Sustaining quality.

You will:

• Keep monitoring and driving the incoming material quality improvement (SVLRR/FRR/FIR/HSR) with internal function teams and commodity SQE teams

• Conduct STSM and collaborate with ODM SQE to manage ODM managed material quality

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 8 years relevant experience with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

• Sufficient platform, ME or EE parts/process knowledge. Strong FA (failure analysis) and data analysis capabilities

• Excellent communication and influence skills in English.

• Excellent program management and reporting skills.

• Must be willing to travel to ODM sites at HaNam/ Bac Ninh.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to lead the decision-making process across multiple areas of the business.

• Ability to speak well in Chinese
