What you’ll achieve
As a Data Science Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for contributing to business strategy and influence decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis. Develops new methodologies and tools with Generative AI to enable advanced modeling and statistical analysis against petabyte-scale data sets.You will produce actionable and compelling recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets. You will design processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data to generate actionable insights. You will also partner with business management, engineers and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms and probability engines.
You will:

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand customer requirements. Educate, demonstrate, guide, and enable the application of machine learning and AI, particularly generative AI, in various services-based use cases

• Responsible to evelop and apply a broad range of techniques and theories from statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver actionable business insights

• Develop and drive testing of algorithms efficacy for differing analytical use-cases

• Performs end-to-end steps involved in model development while establishing subject-matter expertise

• Work with the academic and business community to develop new techniques and to contribute to research in the area of large databases

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of related work experience with advanced statistical skills and appropriate Mathematical knowledge

• Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, BERT) and Gen AI products (e.g. langchain, vector databases, IR systems). Experienced in Gen AI technology selection, evaluation and integration for data acquisition, storage, processing, and modelling

• Advanced knowledge of how Generative AI & Large Language models operationalize, experienced in building Gen AI models with hands-on analytical/development skills

• Solid in SQL, skilled in Python or R (and other job-related programming languages) to implement statistical and machine learning models (Recommenders, Prediction, Classification, Clustering, etc.) in big data and Cloud environments, including Azure or AWS

• Good understanding of business environment and industry trends with ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with ability to act as a coach to the team

• Strong product/technology/industry knowledge in Graph databases, web analytics and online customer journey data is preferred
