Client Solutions Group (CSG) Strategy Internship (2024)

Jumpstart your career as a Dell Strategy Intern within our Client Solutions Group (CSG, an in-house consulting group). Over a 8-10 week internship based in Singapore, you’ll influence our business and play a key strategic role in key initiatives through a hands-on project.

What you’ll achieve

As a CSG Strategy Intern, you will work individually and within a project team to take on topics such as evaluating new product/business opportunities and identifying process and operational changes to improve business results. The internship program is a full-time, paid, development opportunity for someone interested in learning more about Dell while simultaneously developing key business skills.

What our program has to offer:

The internship consists of the following elements:

• Working in teams to deliver projects using issue and data analysis, problem solving, and communication
• Creating/crafting/driving strategies for Dell's approach to target markets using qualitative and quantitative research
• Robust networking opportunities & high-level visibility with executive leadership
• Project mentor(s) and peer buddy to aid in acclimating to Dell and provide insight on career development at Dell
• Formal performance evaluation upon completion of internship. Consideration for a Strategy full-time position upon completion of the internship

Essential Requirements

• Very strong understanding of business strategies and drivers
• Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction
• Good understanding of current technology trends and marketsExpert problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
• Skilled with Power Point and Excel. Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges
• 5+ years of experience

Desirable Requirements

• Top tier consulting experience (or work in a comparable corporate strategy group)
