Dell Technologies Taiwan Development Center’s True Ability Apprentice Program aims at enabling students to be equipped with communication, influencing and project management skills as well as to learn how to collaborate with global team members with diverse background in early career.

What you’ll achieve
-Apart from interview coordination, you will also be working on a variety of projects and initiatives relevant to employer branding and D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) topics. You will have opportunities to develop end-to-end project planning and be our D&I Advocator and Dell Employment Branding Ambassador.

You will:
As a member of Corporate Function Team, this intern is responsible for the following:
- Coordinate between hiring teams and candidates for interview arrangement
- Cooperate with Recruiters during recruitment process and provide administrative support including recruiting data/tools/facilities management
- Support internal/external events from preparation to execution, campus recruiting is included
- Support senior team members and leaders on projects and activities
- Engage in employer branding, social media planning and D&I projects

Essential Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's, or master's program in any field. Engineering background is welcomed.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficient in Windows and MS Office

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills, commitment to quality of deliveries, attention to details and being a team player
- Ability to learn and work in a dynamic and result-driven environment
- Willingness to interact with people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds

此實習生將作為戴爾台灣研發中心招募團隊的一員，參與面試體驗優化計畫執行及D&I(Diversity & Inclusion)相關內外部活動企劃：
•  與面試官/人選協調面試安排細節，並寄送面試相關通知
•  與招募人員合作並優化招募工具及流程，提供數據洞察分析及報告
•  規劃/參與/支援校園招募等大型線上及線下活動
•  規劃/參與/支援Diversity & Inclusion相關內部活動及外部合作專案
•  雇主品牌形象優化及社群媒體企劃發想
必要條件：
•  大學或研究所在學之理工/非理工科系學生
•  具備中高級英文口說及書寫能力
•  具備Windows及MS Office操作能力
