What you’ll achieve
As an Analyst, Merchandising, you will be responsible for applying deep understanding of customers’ needs, the product and the competitive landscape. You will coordinate with the product team to manage technology transitions by platform and/or product line.

You will:

• Develop and champion assortment vision and strategy, product roadmap and launches in support of corporate goals and objectives
• Use customer & market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage/segmentation and competitive analysis to inform assortment decisions and enhancements.
• Collaborates with cross-functional team to develop, plan and implement new business development initiatives
• Drive portfolio strategy and partner with pricing team to ensure competitiveness in the market
• Ensure revenue, units, margin (RUM) file of the country and ensure a healthy, sustainable business

Essential Requirements
• Ability to learn retail industry and product lines
• Basic verbal and written communication skills (English, Thai)
• Good attention to detail
• Basic analytical ability

Desirable Requirements
• Fresh graduates from Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analytics, or any related background

• Good knowledge with IT products, willing to travel
