What you’ll achieve
We are Dell Technologies Data Protection Storage Business Unit, creating the world class leading products to protect customers’ data.  As a Software Engineer Intern, you will join a global core storage team to assist on delivering compelling features for new products or provide supports on enhancement work for In-market products.  
You will:

• Under supervision with an assigned supervisor, learn and understand skills and knowledge required for daily work;
• Start from testing and test development to get familiar with Data Protection products;
• Work on potential Proof of Concept innovation projects by utilizing industry cutting edge technologies like AI;
• Work on software development to deliver features for undergoing projects

Essential Requirements

• Major in Computer Science or with subjects related to Computer Science
• Good understanding on Linux OS and x86 based Computer System Architecture;
• Good programming skills in one of the programming languages:  C,  Python or Go;
• Strong reading and writing skills in English, good scores with tests of CET-6, TOEFL, IELTS or others;
• Can work in 2 or more days a week for at least 6 months.

Desirable Requirements

• A quick learner, good team player and can-do on assignments;
• Good communication skills, especially,  good listening and speaking in English would be a big plus.
