Technical Business Product Owner

What you’ll achieve: As a Technical Business Product Owner, you will be responsible for building the future data products that enables as-a-service solution that can drastically simplify how customers access technology on demand across storage, servers, networking, hype converged infrastructure, PCs and broader solutions. In order to transform our business model to make it simple, easy to use, and consistent, adoption of a future state data model while enforcing security, privacy, quality and other data management principles will be critical to success.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Roadmap:

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for our graph database products, aligning with overall business objectives.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including development teams, customers, and business leaders, to gather and document detailed product requirements.

• Clearly articulate and prioritize feature requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Graph Database Expertise:

• Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in graph databases, understanding the intricacies of data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

• Act as a subject matter expert on graph database technologies, providing guidance to cross-functional teams.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with development, QA, and UX/UI teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of graph database products.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support to drive product awareness, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:

• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams based on prioritized product backlog.
• Conduct regular sprint planning and review sessions to ensure alignment with product goals.

Product Performance and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability, reliability, and overall performance of graph database products.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree.
• Proven experience (8-12 years) as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment, with a focus on graph databases.
• In-depth understanding of graph database concepts, technologies, and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in SQL query.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Desirable Requirements:

• Knowledge in key data engineering technologies.
• Knowledge in Big Data Tools, Cloud Services, Object-Oriented or Object Function Scripting Languages

Salary starting from: 3 400 EUR gross monthly
