What you’ll achieve

As a GTM Analyst for APJ, you will support the development of marketing and execution plan for Commercial clients go to market for Asia-Pacific & Japan markets. It is a highly dynamic role where you will have the opportunity to work with talented people across the various departments at Dell and be highly influential in delivering the optimal business result for the company for the region.


You will:

  • Support analysis of key market statistics and customer requirements to define product/ solution strategies and identify opportunities to expand market share.
  • Develop content for internal audiences relaying product/solution strategies and value propositions, including customer presentations and sales training materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams from demand generation marketing, programs and plays teams to ensure we have the right messaging & talking points to deliver the financial plan and market premium.
  • Support product PLMs in product/ solutions launches to ensure sales force readiness. Provide input into product transition playbooks (may also draft the playbooks).
  • Support GTM PLMs in planning and executing sales and customer programs.

Essential Requirements:

  • Have the ABC's always be a curious mindset.
  • Creativity, Critical thinking, Business and financial acumen are desirable skills.
  • Data analysis: Identifying opportunities for profitable market share growth & other quarterly LOB priorities. Understand key drivers in business - customer requirements, market & competition analysis.
  • Collaborate with X-Functional teams - demand generation marketing, programs & plays, Pricing, Online, and Channel.
  • Work with key partners such as Intel, Microsoft, and Nvidia to leverage vendor funds to support internal/external demand generation activities to hit the plan. Track execution of programs and ensure lead follow-up working with Cycle Strategists, FMM Leads, and Specialist teams.


Desirable Requirements :

  • Ability to develop, implement and own product strategy. Self Starter - complete tasks independently with little direction.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools – Excel, Power BI - Use data to provide a fact base to support business/rationale as to why.
