What you’ll achieve

As a Solutions Architecture Engineer 1 in the client engineering Incident Response team, you will be accountable to manage the incidents and troubleshoot highly complex technical problems around M365 & O365 platforms, Identity and Access Management, Application Deployment and Delivery to our global customer base.

You will:

• Designs, authors, tests, documents, and debugs Application Packages according to customer standards, policies, and procedures
• Designs and Packages Complex application packages (MSI, App-V, MSIX, PSADT), creates / Reviews documentation on all Packaging work.
• Drives & Leads the Quality & Functionality assurance checks of developed applications
• Assists other packaging Engineers & Analysts with complex problems, write & updates workflows for Quality Check Procedures
• Exercises judgement within generally defined packaging standards, best practices and workflows, demonstrates technical expertise while dealing with complex problems.

Essential Requirements

• 2 to 4 yrs. of Application Packaging Experience, expertise on PowerShell Tooling & PSADT. 
• Expertise on Windows Installer Technologies & Deployment tools (AdminStudio, MSI, SCCM)
• Exposure to other scripting languages (VBS, AutoIT, Wise), expertise on Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 10 & 11) & Server OS
• Understanding of Modern Provisioning Tools like (Microsoft Intune & VMWare Workspace One)
• Understanding of emerging technologies like MSIX

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• MSCE or similar certifications
