IT Principal Software Engineer - Intelligent Automation

Intelligent automation combines AI technologies like natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, machine learning (ML) and optical character recognition (OCR) to streamline business process operations by delivering the next-generation software application. Working at the cutting edge technologies, you will craft and develop automations with the most sophisticated tools, platforms and software engineering methodologies.

Join us as a IT Principal Software Engineer on our Information Technology Automation Experience team.

You will:

• Develop automated solutions to support different business processes;
• Combine AI techniques and related technologies to delivery more efficient and reliable products;
• Work on global projects interacting with cutting edge technologies and subject matter experts;

Essential Requirements

• Develop and optimize backend services using Python;

• Work with the latest Gen AI technologies including Prompt Engineering;

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Angular or Node.js & authentication and authorization features;
• Create client-side scripts and interfaces using Vanilla JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (BE/B.Tech or BCA/MCA degree in IT or equivalent work experience) and advanced English level.

Desirable Requirements

• Develop, optimize, and maintain database systems using MySQL and PostgreSQL & perform information retrieval using PG Vector or similar Vector Store technologies;
• Experience with Nginx and Apache and proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes or Helm Charts. Knowledge in the following technologies: Python with FastAPI & SQL Alchemy, Azure OpenAI, Llama2, Langchain, Noje.js with a strong preference for Express.js.
