Provides technical advice to the inside sales teams during the sales process. Accountable for delivering technical solutions, products, and /or services that address customer needs of varying complexity (via telephone, chat, web, or e-mail); or working with subject matter expert to address a solution of even higher complexity. Advises customer of product features, configurations, pricing, services and availability.

What you’ll achieve


As an Inside Product Specialist, you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions. Pre-Sales professionals rely on us for technical and consultative support. And because we’re familiar with the full range of Dell products and services, we can help provide a solution to any challenge.

You Will(ACCOUNTABILITIES)

• Provides product or BU specific expertise

• May own account sets and/ or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified

• Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives, and promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings

• Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions

• Provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process

• Remains up-to-date on new product, technology, and services offerings

• Stays current on industry and vertical solutions as well and assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team

Essential Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related to IT

 General Knowledge on IT Infrastructure, Understanding on Interoperability & compatibility of hardware and interfaces
•  Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies Infrastructure portfolio

•  You might have: Great English communication skill / Critical Thinking / Sales-oriented attitude / Building Relationships / Business Operations / Cross-Functional Teamwork / Requirements Gathering / Sales Forecasting / Stakeholder Management / Consultative Solution Selling / Online Selling


Desirable Requirements

•  1–2 years of experience in Engineering role, with proven sales skills to build on

 Passion to be grow as Presales person in the future
