What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations Intelligence, you will be responsible for driving the renewal sales process and ensuring customer retention. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, develop strategies, and implement processes that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our renewal sales operations.

You will:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improving renewal rates.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the renewal sales process.

• Collaborate with sales teams to provide quoting and booking support, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to renewal sales.

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.

Essential Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Desirable Requirements
