What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Principal Product Development Manager, you will get opportunities to manage high-complexity products through the entire lifecycle. You will drive solution and release readiness and gather best practices from across portfolios and business units. Moreover, you will collaborate with and mentor your team members in designing program management practices.

You will:

• Defines product/solution development lifecycle process to be implemented throughout the organization. Manages high complexity products through entire lifecycle, and support decisions regarding enhancements throughout the lifecycle until product End of Life(EOL).

• Ensures dependency and deliverable tracking across products/solutions/functions. Drives Solution Readiness and release readiness (organization wide). Ensures a plan is in place for key corporate initiatives (Federal, Security, globalization). Defines the program risk management plan and drives mitigation and resolutions.

• Proliferate best practices from releases across Portfolio and BU's. Drives consistent and accurate cross functional program metrics

• Designs standard program management practices and collaborates with and mentors other members of the product management org. Significant contributor to organizational goals and objectives.

Essential Requirements

• 12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role

• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability

• Solid understanding of business environment and competition

• Ability to manage, motivate and direct a cross functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations

• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
