What you’ll achieve
As a Global Paid Search Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to support data-driven decisions for Dell's paid search program. Your role will focus on analysing data, creating reporting frameworks, and ensuring insights are delivered to enhance campaign performance across regions.

You will:

• Analyse and interpret performance data for Dell's paid search activities, providing actionable insights to optimise the global paid search strategy.
• Develop and manage comprehensive reporting structures that track key performance metrics such as spend, revenue, conversions, and traffic to Dell.com.
• Establish and maintain robust data pipelines, measurement frameworks, and automated reporting dashboards in collaboration with the media agency and internal teams.
• Support global and regional teams by delivering real-time insights on performance, aiding in quarterly and annual planning with predictive models and forecasts.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into regional performance to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with global vendors (Google, Microsoft, Amazon) to test new tools and analyse the data to drive optimisation and efficiency in campaigns.
• Leverage advanced tools such as AIQ, GA4, and other analytics platforms to track user behaviour, and deliver in-depth reporting on audience segments and regional performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues across platforms, ensuring data consistency and accuracy in reporting.
• Provide ongoing, data-driven recommendations for optimising bidding strategies, budget allocation, and performance targets.
• Lead the creation of detailed reports, visualisations, and presentations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to ensure stakeholders understand how to use data and analytics tools effectively.

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a data analysis role, ideally with a focus on paid search campaigns or digital marketing analytics.
• Proven expertise in data analysis, data visualisation, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (GA4) with experience interpreting complex datasets and applying statistical analysis.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of SA360, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads advertising platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Bachelor’s degree
•  Experience working within a global eCommerce environment, analysing performance across multiple regions.
• Knowledge of multi-touch attribution models, ROI measurement, and conversion tracking across global digital platforms.
• Experience collaborating with Google, Microsoft, Amazon teams, and internal stakeholders to drive program success.
