What you’ll achieve
As a Product Development Senior Principal, you will get opportunities to manage high-complexity products relating to Dell’s server and client solution business.  You will interact and work with multiple Dell stakeholders and Dell customers.

You will:

• Work with Dell’s Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) account teams and customers to define product requirements
• Communicate customer requirements to Dell’s server and client lines of business stakeholders; ensure dependencies and track deliverables
• Lead product planning for Dell’s server and client roadmaps
• Analyze market trends to shape strategy for OEM customers

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years in a product management role or equivalent skill, preferably in the server, storage, client or networking industry
• Extensive experience working with OEM account teams and customers to define product requirements and skilled at communicating customer requirements to internal stakeholders
• Proficiency interacting with custom development teams that support the OEM requirements for customer engagements
• Expert at defining and driving expected volumes for unique OEM platforms and configurations
• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts relating to the Solutions business with exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships across functions

Desirable Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in a related field

Compensation

Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices. The Base Salary Range for this role is $186,000 to $228,000.
