Services Account Executive

Responsible for all our (Professional-) Services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Outside Sales teams rely on them for technical advice during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability.

What you’ll achieve

As a Services Account Executive, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s services. 

You will:

  • Proactively identify and solves customer business problems by providing subject matter expertise and by using higher complexity product and services lines to create solutions
  • Manage a territory or group of accounts to ensure opportunities are identified and closed
  • Attains volume objectives
  • Customarily and regularly engage at customer/client facilities and deliver high impact presentations leveraging strong technical skills
  • Understand and communicate Services & technology roadmaps and vision and associated technical advantages of the proposed solution

Essential Requirements

  • Able to Design & Sell highly complex Professional Services opportunities
  • Gain access and manages relationships with senior level personnel and decision makers
  • Demonstrate the value of a service to advance customer’s business objectives
  • Sell in a “Transformational” and not “Transactional” way
  • Analyze and applies industry, competitor and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
  • Have industry knowledge preferably in all or some of these areas: Artificial Intelligence, Security & Resilience, Modern Infrastructure and/or Modern Workplace.

Desirable Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Local language & English spoken/written
