Human Resources Intern (Graduate)

Business change, leadership succession planning, effective team member relations – all are key issues in a forward-thinking business such as Dell Technologies. Our HR Interns participate in key experiences at the heart of it all, playing an integral role in the organization during our summer program. Through collaborative research and development of strategic recommendations, our interns promote the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels.

What You’ll Achieve:

As a Human Resources Intern, you will contribute to high-impact, execution-based work that supports strategic HR initiatives across the function. Whether embedded in Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, or another HR team, you’ll help drive meaningful outcomes through hands-on project execution. You’ll gain exposure to how Human Resources supports business strategy, build your network, and strengthen your skillset as an HR practitioner.

You Will: 

- Work individually and collaboratively to action on key HR priorities related to your project(s)

- Apply data literacy and people analytics to uncover insights and support evidence-based decision making

- Use human-centered design and empathy to shape impactful HR solutions and experiences

-Engage with HR technologies and automation tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes

- Build strategic partnerships across the business, applying change management and market awareness to influence and drive results

- Present recommendations and results to HR leaders, incorporating stakeholder feedback and business context

- Actively participate in learning and development activities/sessions throughout the summer, including sessions focused on digital fluency, AI, and iterative thinking.

Essential Requirements:

 - Ongoing MBA/Master’s student in Human Resources or related area of study (graduation date between March 2027-June 2027)

 - Previous HR or relevant experience 

 - Strong drive for results and curiosity to explore new ways of working

 - Effective team player and cross-functional contributor

- Ability to succeed and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment  

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience with data analytics, visualization tools, or storytelling with data

- Exposure to design thinking, customer experience, or process improvement

- Familiarity with digital tools, AI Concepts, or HR technology platforms

Compensation:

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $ 33.99/hr - $34.50/hr.
