You will:

  • Know what the customer needs for the product and provide those needs to the scrum team in a prioritized and executable development plan
  • Be responsible for sequencing the pieces of work that are needed to deliver to the customer and business value by continually re-prioritizing and refining the list and own the execution plan to track the release of value to the customer
  • Manage any impediments and/or dependencies for the product development team and participate in scrum events (sprint planning, daily scrum, retros, review etc.) and drive continuous improvement through scrum activities and increase value delivered per unit of team effort
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team; collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into product requirements
  • Be accountable for the delivery of value to the customer by ensuring the development team is focused on the right backlog and effectively working through the backlogs in each sprint/release

Essential Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program‑management and product‑manager/owner experience in technology‑focused environments
  • Proven ability to manage a multi‑stakeholder backlog and drive decisions to completion
  • Strong understanding of the modern IT technology landscape and technology platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; track record producing clear technical documentation and stakeholder‑facing presentations
  • Demonstrated success coordinating cross‑functional engineering activities (workshops, PoCs, pilots) as well as the ability to influence senior leaders and work effectively with product, engineering, sales and marketing teams

Desirable Requirements:

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or 3+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
  • PMP, CSPO, Scrum Master, SAFe, or other recognized product‑owner/program‑management certifications

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000.
