Dell Product Management Senior Analyst

About the Role
As an Operating Systems Product Manager Senior Analyst in Dell’s Client Solutions Group, you will help shape the execution of Dell’s platform differentiation initiatives and partner-driven product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Feature Strategy

  • Execute the product vision and roadmap for OS-integrated solutions across commercial and consumer portfolios.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and regional teams to deliver differentiated features aligned with customer needs and platform capabilities.

  • Deliver secure, scalable, and innovative OS features.

2. Customer Needs Prioritization

  • Conduct research to understand customer requirements and pain points.

  • Prioritize features and product enhancements based on customer feedback, differentiation and market demand.

  • Collaborate with extended teams to ensure that customer needs are effectively addressed.

3. Partner Management & Licensing Strategy

  • Serve as an interface with OS vendors to align on roadmap, licensing, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Negotiate licensing terms and royalty structures in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.

  • Execution of co-branded initiatives ensuring compliance with partner marketing requirements.

4. Global Market Intelligence

  • Monitor global market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to inform product decisions and negotiation strategies.

5. Strategic Influence & Communication

  • Influence decisions by providing data-driven recommendations on product adjustments and investment priorities.

  • Develop internal enablement materials to support sales and services teams with technical and strategic guidance.

  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and execution across regions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology or OEM space.

  • Strong analytical skills. Experience in market intelligence and competitive analysis a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with OS lifecycle management and partner programs.

  • Knowledge of software entitlement, compliance, and digital fulfillment processes.
