STEM Aspire Mentorship Program (Nov. 2025 - Jan. 2025)

What is it?

STEM Aspire is a mentorship program connecting students who are juniors in a bachelor’s program or in their first year of a master’s program to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM based degrees(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to have rewarding careers in the technology sector. ​Potential areas include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. 

Benefits

• Work with 2 mentors and engage in monthly 2-to-1 meetings whereby you can further enhance your understanding of the IT industry and gain insight into your mentors’ career/role. 

• Acquire an understanding of technical careers in Dell Technologies.  

• Opportunity to meet and network with successful team members in Dell Technologies and fellow mentees.  

• Preparation for intern and graduate applications (e.g., CV and Interview Preparation, LinkedIn presence, etc). 

• Possibility for paid Summer Internship upon completion of the program and continue your career journey after you graduate from school.  

Do I qualify?

As a student studying a STEM course as a junior in a bachelor’s program or in the first year of a master’s program, you qualify for the program 

How do I sign up?

Apply to this posting by September 30th, 2025 

Upload your CV, covering the areas below: 

• Your name, contact, school with grade year and major. 

• What area of technology you are most interested in. 

• Why you are interested in a mentoring program with Dell Technologies. 

Selected applicants will receive a link to complete a short video interview (e.g., describe yourself, your interests, your school major/ activities, etc.) 

What is expected from me?

• Engagement with your mentor at least once a month (virtually or in person, to be decided by each mentee/mentor pair) 

• Participation in 3 on-site events at Dell Taiwan Design Center run by the program .

If you are selected for the program, you will be expected (in person or virtually) to meet with your mentor (in person or virtually) on a monthly basis.
