What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Advisor, Services Project Program Management, you will be responsible for the delivery of projects. You will work with Enablement, Service Delivery, external Partners, Global Operations, IT and other support teams on expanding our partner network, new service delivery offers and process improvements to our supply chain.

You will:

• Define program vision, align with organizational goals, and develop long-term roadmaps to guide execution.
• Coordinate across departments, manage dependencies, and foster teamwork among diverse stakeholders.
• Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with executives, clients, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Oversee resources, performance metrics, and process improvements to drive efficiency and value delivery.

Essential Requirements

• 8 to 10 years Project Program Management experience with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects or programs.
• Experience managing multiple-interrelated projects aligned with strategic business goals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Engineering, IT, Management or similar
• Project Management Professional – PMP, Agile certified.
• Automation and Artificial Intelligence knowledge and relevant experience
