Hardware engineers within the Engineering Services Team play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of innovative projects. Their primary responsibility is to deliver project milestones and deliverables on schedule and within budget. Leveraging deep technical expertise across multiple engineering disciplines, they contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle—from initial research through design, testing, and final product delivery.

This work demands precise coordination of cross-functional teams, facilitated through structured meetings and rigorous progress tracking. From project inception to completion, these engineers maintain accountability and ensure that every task is executed to the highest standard, leaving no detail unresolved until successful delivery.

What you’ll achieve

As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for providing solutions to a variety of problems of certain scope and complexity while working with your supervisor and other professionals in immediate work group or department.

You will:

• Apply proven engineering methods and advanced tools to deliver high-quality hardware designs while driving efficiency improvements.
• Drive the design and development of hardware components, products, and systems, including new product introductions and enhancements to existing designs.
• Coordinate cross-functional design activities and align development timelines to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery of hardware solutions
• Monitor and adhere to cost targets established during the design phase.
• Analyze design challenges, anticipate technical risks, and develop innovative solutions to ensure robust hardware performance and alignment with product objectives
• Develop and define hardware build strategies and material specifications to support design integrity and achieve key engineering milestones.

Essential Requirements

• Requires 0-3 years of related experience with extensive knowledge of EE, ME, Device design/development process.

• 1 to 2 years of project management experience is a plus

• Ability to process information and draw accurate conclusions by application of engineering concepts
• Ability to plan and executes work in the larger context of cross-functional teams and the end customers.
• Ability to drive for results, manage complex changing and deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through oral and written to teams, ODM/Suppliers, and upper management - Fluent English skill.
• Self-starter and fast learner as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
